Joy Guidry (US)

Joy Guidry is a bassoonist, improviser, and composer of experimental music. With her label Jaid Records and the album Five Prayers, she creates ethereal soundscapes where improvisation, introspection, and Black sonic traditions meet. Her music opens doors to unique listening spaces, inviting audiences to experience reflection, emotion, and fresh perspectives.
