It all began in 2015, when the Moment’s Notice Trio let their first tones resound in the realms of sound art. Electronic effects framed the scene, while instruments — each so different in tone and character — danced together in a magical chamber music dialogue. Since then, the three musicians have taken the stage knowing nothing more than the basic framework. Their sounds are born in the moment itself, unplanned and alive, revealing the shimmering threads that connect jazz, classical, contemporary, and electronic music.
